OUTCERT Announces Appointment of Advisor, Refael Franco

OUTCERT, The Certification Hub, announced today that Refael Franco had been appointed to the Company’s Advisory Board.

Mr Franco, former Deputy General at Israel National Cyber Directorate and a Co-Founder at Code Blue – Cyber Crisis and Disaster Management, brings to OUTCERT over 25 years of nation-level experience in cyber education and in various innovative technologies and robust solutions. Mr Franco will be assisting the team with its go-to-market strategy, fundraising and global connections.
