1. Employees are the foundation – James firmly believes that communication is the key to a happy and productive work environment. He says, “I adopted the “Open door” policy early in my career. It has enabled my employees to always feel comfortable to inform me of what is on their minds, good or bad.”

2. Listen to your customers – A business should take client’s feedback more seriously. He says, “I am so proud of how my business has grown over the past 35 years, and I attribute that partly due to how accepting I am of my client’s feedback. You must look at yourself through the customers’ lens.”

3. Embrace change – The world is constantly changing, and a successful company must evolve to meet those changes. That also includes educating myself and my employees of all new regulations set forth by the moving industry, complying, and then implementing them.

4. My own integrity – I firmly believe that Best Moving Service begins and ends with me. To run a successful company, I first must ensure I am adhering to the basic principles of life-honesty, respect, and fairness. It is then reflected in every aspect of my company.
