I am thrilled to report that I am quoted in this awesome article written by Jim Rutenberg of the New York Times!
The National Enquirer has taken a much different direction since my father stood at the helm. His legacy was built upon uncovering the truths buried within every story that floods the media of our country. One memorable example is when we broke the Gary Hart story. That’s when the mainstream media really started paying attention.
I have a lot of content that I will be releasing in the near future. Between my grandfather, my father, and me, there are many interesting stories to tell.
I am sure my father’s intention with his media empire was not to be used after his passing as an outlet for “Fake News” If he was still alive the true, verifiable stories would be endless. If someone revealed the real untold stories, people would be shocked and horrified.
Transparency and accountability are super important, especially for people in the position of power. No one should be above the law.
The legitimate press is currently under attack. The basis of democracy is reliant on the freedom of the press. Society as a whole relies on information to be unbiased and unfiltered. Without the press, this is not possible. I am very concerned about the direction our world is going in.
I can’t be one of the people on the sidelines not doing anything. I feel the world needs saving, now more than ever!
