PrincePerelson’s Executive Search Division Takes ParityPledge for Increased Gender and Racial Equality
A women-owned placement firm in Utah known for commitment to diversity vows to consider at least one qualified woman and person of color for every open leadership role. The pledge furthers the Parity.org initiative for greater equality in business.

Diestel Executive Search, a division of PrincePerelson and Associates, has joined other organizations across the country in taking the ParityPledge® to increase representation of women and people of color in executive roles.
As a women-founded and owned company, PrincePerelson has a strong legacy of workplace equality. They have been named to Staffing Industry Analyst’s “Diversity Staffing Firms” list, and 75 percent of the company’s internal executive leadership roles are filled by females. In taking the ParityPledge, Prince’s executive search team has committed to interview and consider at least one qualified woman and person of color for every search they perform for clients. This will extend to every executive position from vice president up.

According to Parity.org, which initiated the ParityPledge, women and people of color experience lower pay, greater discrimination, and more microaggressions in the workplace. They also face fewer opportunities to advance than are available to their white counterparts and particularly white men. Parity.org is a not-for-profit organization devoted to bringing gender and racial equality to the highest levels of business.
