Productivate Plus inaugurates Employee Engagement Program for Texans

Productivate Plus, a productivity, and innovation organization in Houston Texas has rolled out its plan to start an Employee Engagement program for employees in Texas. This was in a press release signed by the chief operating officer, Remi Dairo. He said this was part of the plan to empower employees’ productivity after the covid pandemic lockdown.

In his words “This program is launched as a booster to the GDP of Texas and makes the state great again with the help of a network of the great workforce across the state, especially after a long time of pandemic that affected workers” The organization focuses on workplace productivity and Innovation dimensions for growth and sustainability for businesses.

The organization promised to work with organizations that have 10 staff upward. They promised to deploy different interventions in helping the workforce productivity such as training, group, and personal coaching. The organization also promised to run assessments for the workers and make them ready for a higher level of performance with maximum productivity.

This program will be opened to online workers and a physical workforce of the organizations in Texas. The release stated that the registration can be done on the website (https://www.productivateplus.com/) while the shortlisted organizations shall be contacted for training, coaching, or consulting depending on the needs of the organization. This will be done on their office’s premises or online depending on the organization’s choice.
