A large part of the pot shortage problem in Nevada at the retail level is due to a Nevada regulation that allows a small number of alcohol distributors to ship the cannabis from the grower to the retailer. Pot retailers in Nevada are seeking emergency regulatory help to fix the supple bottleneck. In the meantime, it seems every sub-niche is the cannabis space is experiencing notable growth.
