California-based indie-pop singer Rae du Soleil is back on the scene with her first album, Rae du Soleil. The self-titled project follows her two singles, the jam-worthy “I Love You Close” and the melodic ballad “Another Road.”
Rae du Soleil’s signature stripped-down, acoustic sound is prevalent in this album. Rae du Soleil contains 10 tracks including her previously released singles. Throughout the album, she engages complicated emotions and experiences while promoting courage, vulnerability, empathy, and positivity through it all.
Rae has received media accolades for her first two singles, highlighting her powerful songwriting and dynamic sound. Her music has been called, “a ray of empathy for those needing it most” (Indie Band Guru) and, “a beautiful artistic instigator of all our senses” (Daily Music Roll).
Fans of Rae du Soleil know she is active in her community as well. She has worked with organizations such as The Women’s Wisdom Initiative and The Intuitive Writing Project to empower womxn and young girls through the arts. A strong advocate for accessible mental health resources, Rae du Soleil believes in “creation for connection” and is dedicated to using music and activism as her way to make the world a better and more equitable place for everyone.

Rae du Soleil is San Francisco-based artist with a mission of “creation for connection” and promotes courage, vulnerability, empathy, and positivity through music.
