Nashville recording / national touring artist, Ryan Montgomery, is excited to announce the release of his brand new single, BUZZED AT FIRST SIGHT on January 4, 2020. BUZZED AT FIRST SIGHT is the first track on Montgomery’s 3-song EP titled “Buzzed at First Sight”.
Montgomery’s “Buzzed at First Sight” EP takes the listener on a journey from that first BUZZED AT FIRST SIGHT feeling (January 4, 2020)…to BUY YOU A DRINK (released May 10, 2019)…and finally to the memories of that time that we’ve all had when every night couldn’t last long enough…‘TIL THE SUN CAME UP (released September 6, 2019).

BUZZED AT FIRST SIGHT follows the September 6, 2019 release of ’TIL THE SUN CAME UP and the May 10, 2019 release of BUY YOU A DRINK (#37 iTunes Country Chart) having 1,000,000+ combined streams on all platforms to date.
Montgomery released his debut single DROP A TAILGATE June 3rd, 2018 (#116 iTunes Country Chart) and self-titled 6-song debut EP June 29th (top 15 iTunes Country Chart, top 100 iTunes All Genres Chart) exceeding 2 Million combined streams on all platforms.
“I taught myself how to play guitar when I was 5 years old and started writing songs when I was 12 … Now, I write a new song every day and as I’m writing I can hear what I want it to sound like instrumentally. Being able to carry this creative vision into the studio with me has enabled me to produce my own music and connect musically with the incredibly talented players in Nashville during tracking.”
Montgomery’s “Buzzed at First Sight” EP and 2018 debut EP were recorded at Castle Recording Studios in Franklin, TN with Nashville’s top session players and written exclusively by Montgomery.
Montgomery has a combined social media following of 85K+ with fans packing his shows and downloading/streaming his music.
Montgomery’s 2019-20 Tour kicked off in June 2019 and will be taking him through Fl, GA, NC, SC, AL, MS, LA, TX, TN, and IL and other U.S. locations.

Born and raised in South Florida, 21-year-old Montgomery travels back and forth from Florida to Nashville writing, recording, and touring while also enrolled full-time in FAU’s online BBA program.
