Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty (SRD) reported a total of $6,833,000 in sales and $1,689,504 in lease agreements in the first quarter of 2019 for total transactions of $8,522,504.

Total square footage sold for the period was 42,264 on total land of 34.94 ± acres and total square footage leased was 26,465.
