Six April 2019 Sales Over $1 Million Reported by Saunders Real Estate

Last month, Saunders Real Estate (SRE) brokered a total of $51,422,379 in transactions for 9,467 ± acres. Six transactions were over $1 million and included properties in Hendry, Hillsborough, Indian River, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties. SRE brokers and agents involved in these six transactions were Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, Founder and Broker; Sara E. Catlett, Associate Broker; Jeff Cusson, CCIM, Sales Associate; and Carson Futch, Associate Broker.

April 2019 Sales Over $1 Million:

Ashland Grove – Jeff Cusson listed and sold this citrus property in St. Lucie County. The 297 ± acre grapefruit-producing grove sold for $2,115,095.

St. Lucie County Grove – This 3,641 ± acre citrus grove is also in Fort Pierce and was listed by Jeff Cusson. St. Lucie County Grove sold for $29,134,905. Cusson was engaged to discreetly market and to assist with negotiating a fair value for the sale of both the St. Lucie County and Ashland Groves.

Triple Diamond Ranch – Dean Saunders listed and sold 3,983 ± acres of this working ranch in Okeechobee County, an area considered “prime cow country.” Triple Diamond Ranch sold for $9,679,751.

Caloosa Farms – This 478 ± acre property in Hendry County is suitable for organic farming with excellent water access and a variety of soil types. Caloosa Farms was listed and sold by Sara Catlett and Paul Meador for  $2,148,570.

Alafia Ranch – Carson Futch listed this 108 ± acre property in Hillsborough County. This ranch and recreation property offers potential for a rural real estate home subdivision, or a family estate location. Alafia Ranch sold for $1,404,000.

Fernandez Ranch – This property is 906 ± acres in  Indian River County. Fernandez Ranch was listed and sold by Jeff Cusson for $5,893,030.
