Faisal Sajwani had the privilege of growing up around very inspirational people, namely his parents. They are one of the sole reasons he developed a passion to help people at a very early age. Faisal firmly believes that instilling a volunteering habit from early on ultimately builds the ‘giving nature’ and contributes to a more liberating and content feeling. Moreover, he emphasises that the very idea of being able to bring a positive change to society and working towards it can help you grow as an individual.

Furthermore, he reckons that everybody should follow their dreams and do things that is close to their heart and leave no stone unturned whilst working towards it. He envisages a confident and more passionate youth that is not only content with what career path they opt for but are optimistic and constantly feel empowered. Hence, Faisal utilizes his experience and insight that he’s gained over the years to make a positive impact on every individual who is struggling with their self-confidence and have difficulty believing in themselves. Having said that, he strives to use his motivational and coaching skills to guide and mentor individuals to stay focused on the ultimate goal that lies ahead of them.

In 2012, Faisal developed an interest in psychology which pushed him to study it in depth. In the pursuit of acquiring a better understanding of the human mind, he developed many hypotheses and theories that would significantly help the people around.

That being said, he constantly works towards utilizing his invaluable experience and intellect to educate people about the power of the human mind and how it plays a key role in the decisions we make.
