TechEd Startup OUTCERT Elects New CEO

Based in Singapore, Lital Shoshan Idel has served as the startup’s CMO since 2017 while operating her successful APAC-focused media agency LSI. She joined Ronen Ratner (Former CEO, now serving as President) and Lee Marer (CTO) as a third co-founder.
