The HaynesKnowles Group Will Host: The Vero Beach Update, a Guest Speaker Series on Cultural Offerings, Luxury Living, and the Local Real Estate Market, to Be Held January 11, 2020

The HaynesKnowles Group, a Vero Beach-based real estate group with the Coldwell Banker Paradise Global Luxury brand, this week announced they will be hosting a four-part luxury real estate presentation, to kick off January 11, 2020.

Hosted at the Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa, located at 3244 Ocean Drive in Vero Beach, the presentation will include three separate speakers designed to provide additional information on cultural opportunities and the Vero Beach real estate market.

Saturday, January 11^th will feature three distinct topics: 10-10:30AM “First Impressions Matter” will discuss decorating tips to boost the home’s appeal and value; 10:30-11AM “Bringing Down the House” will feature Mr. Jon Moses from Riverside Theatre who will discuss its 46^th annual season; and 11-11:30AM “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” will offer timely analysis to those who may be considering a move, helping to maximize the return on one of life’s biggest investments.
