Our ultimate goal at QoreBoard is to increase revenue through an improvement in both effectiveness and efficiency. We all know accomplishing that kind of improvement would be a game changer, but figuring out the roadmap to get there is the hard part. That’s where we can help.

Our work will begin with a site visit, which will consist of observations, focus groups and interviews. It’s our priority to ensure that we efficiently capture the most complete view of your company as possible. Our observations give us insights into the behaviors currently driving performance. It’s imperative that we get a feel for what is currently motivating employees. Focus groups provide a forum to deep dive on current processes that we think are most impactful. Finally, the one on one interviews give us the chance to talk with employees more freely and understand the business, KPIs, and challenges that they see. These three methods of data collection give us the most comprehensive view of your company, while not being overly invasive to day to day operations. After the site visit, we take some time to analyze the data we’ve collected and identify areas of opportunity.

After our site visit and independent assessment, we will begin to develop an Improvement Program specific to your company. We will be able to determine key factors that will directly affect your company’s success. We will highlight where access to real time data for individual and team performance is lacking, when feedback on performance is infrequent and not motivational, when coaching is inconsistent, or when teams need more opportunities to share best practices. All of these data points will help us get to our ultimate goal of increased revenue and reduced costs through efficiency, effectiveness, and employee and customer satisfaction.

Once we have developed our improvement program, we will begin goal setting and dashboard creation. We start by identifying the QORE KPIs. These are the top 4 or 5 measures that drive the highest impact on top and bottom-line performance. We will then further analyze the data and collaborate with you to determine the most effective KPIs. After we determine the KPIs, we will pilot them and adjust as necessary. We want to ensure that our solutions not only make sense on paper, but work and provide the desired outcomes once operational. We will then conduct a post pilot analysis, which will show the Return on Investment of our work.

When the pilot is complete, we will begin program evaluation, scale, and rollout. We will work closely with you and your team to determine the scale of the initial rollout. The Qoreboard tool is very easy to scale up and can be done in a day or can take a more tiered approach if that is what the team believes will be most effective. Once the appropriate scale is determined, the rollout phase begins.  The rollout primarily consists of training for the team and getting all team members access to the tool.
