The current batch of dark chocolate covered dried cherries had a tough time during the coating process. The chocolate machine experienced a “hiccup” during the coating of the chocolate and some of the morsels popped out the other side looking a little “rough”.

But like my grandmother always said, “Don’t judge a book by its cover”!  These dark chocolate dried cherries offer the same great taste you’ve always enjoyed, but I have to admit they are a little ugly. 🙂
