Tenants looking for modern apartment units to rent in Phoenix may soon have the privilege of living at a unique complex being built in South Phoenix. Investar USA, a leading real estate development firm, is working on the contemporary-looking apartment building, according to Travis Cadman, the founder of Investar USA.

The Phoenix apartment building project has yet to be named. However, it fits Investar USA’s build-to-rent strategy, which is aimed at buying land to develop and then building apartment complexes on the land to generate cash flow. This strategy has become increasingly popular among real estate investors in recent years.
So far, Travis Cadman and his co-director, Ron Cadman, have released elevations of the project, the land for which they purchased in January 2020. The complex will be built opposite South Mountain Park, the largest city park in the United States. The park is 16,000 acres in size.
The team members working on the project have enjoyed creating an unparalleled establishment and site for the modern tenant. Rugged trails that stretch 51 miles surround the complex, and tenants can take in panoramic views within a five-minute walk from the building. In addition, the building features modern-looking floor plans and a fresh design that makes a bold statement and takes Phoenix’s architecture to a whole new level.
