WeeCare Wins the Social Equity Award at the 2022 dot.LA Summit

WeeCare, the nation’s largest childcare network, has been awarded the Social Equity Award by dot.LA, a news and events company with a mission of shining a light on innovation in the Los Angeles startup and tech community.

The Social Equity Award encourages, promotes and supports work that highlights the rights of communities to access and benefit from information and new technologies. The award is given to a project that improves the lives of L.A.’s often-underserved communities, including women, children, and racial minorities.

The event, held in-person Oct. 21 and 22 at the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles, featured hundreds of top founders, investors and operators for a celebration of L.A.’s tech and startup ecosystem. WeeCare was nominated, and won, the Social Equity Award, Additionally, WeeCare CEO Jessica was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year.
