Once In A Lifetime Event Coming To Kilauea

Big Island, Hawaii (PRUnderground) June 23rd, 2016

Jaylon Productions, LLC is proud to bring The Living Mystery Symposium to the Big Island of Hawaii. This is an all-headliner event featuring NY Times best-selling author Whitley Strieber, legendary ethnobotonist and author Dennis McKenna, and author and former chair of the Department of Religious Studies at Rice University, Jeffrey Kripal. Together, they will be tackling the issues of Super Nature from a variety of angles–experiential, mythological, cosmological, and ethnobotanical.

Hosted by author and podcaster Jeremy Vaeni, The Living Mystery Symposium is an event with aloha. Vaeni explains, “Jaylon Productions has one goal: to bring tourist-calibre events to the Big Island at local prices. It just feels wrong to us that so many of the enlightening and entertaining activities here are outrageously priced. I know that’s an odd message for a symposium that is essentially about consciousness and how we interract with reality–but economics is an unfortunate piece of our everyday reality, right? And so it’s important to not just talk about the big-picture issues but honor the reality in front of us: stuff’s expensive.”

Of the event itself, Vaeni says, “You’re never going to see this again. Whitley Strieber talking story from the home of Madame Pele herself is going to be life-changing. I mean that alone–Dennis McKenna alone–Tiokasin, Jeff Kripal. Any one of these folks in Hawaii is huge, but to have them all together? This is something really special. Something that only happens once. And it may not end there. There are a few more surprise guests we’re hoping to add to the lineup.”

The Living Mystery Symposium takes place on Dec. 10th with workshops on the 11th at the KMC in Volcanoes National Park. For tickets and information, please visit: https://www.jaylonproductions.com
