Stephanie comes to Zilker with over 13 years of experience with deep omnichannel expertise focusing on digital user experience, user-centered design, e-commerce, and digital transformation. During this time, she served a variety of large, influential brands across industry verticals including retail, healthcare, insurance, and business services. She has held positions driving experience strategy, experience design, design research, voice of customer, and experience innovation across the entire product lifecycle.

While working at Kohl’s, Stephanie identified strategic opportunities and delivered transformational experiences that drove conversion, satisfaction, operational efficiency, and loyalty. She recently spent her last year at Kohl’s curating customer understanding across the customer journey to influence omnichannel experience decisions from capital planning through implementation.
