Ficklets® Announces Partnership with International Distributor

Ficklets, LLC, has recently signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Wood Street Opticians in the United Kingdom. Wood Street now has exclusive rights to distribute the interchangeable eyewear charm huggers in the UK, Europe and South African markets.

“When we launched the Ficklets website in 2007 I had no idea how well received my couch potato idea would be,” said Ros Guerrero, founder and inventor of Ficklets. “I’m thrilled about the growth and expansion that Ficklets has experienced over the past five years.”

Growth of the company has been steady since its inception. The eyewear charms are now available for purchase through many domestic wholesalers and international distributors in addition to the Ficklets website.

“The availability of our product is the key to our success,” said Guerrero. “We are excited to see other corporations who believe in our products as much as we do.”

Ficklets is the first patented interchangeable eyewear charm hugger. Ficklets was inspired by owner Ros Guerrero’s teen special needs daughter, Gem, who has worn glasses since she was six. Searching for something to add some color and life to her ’tired, old glasses’ Guerrero had her a-ha moment. After prototypes and much product brainstorming, ”Ficklets” was born.
