President of Hollywood Production Company, 69th Street, announces his Raindance Membership

Award Winning Writer, Producer and Author, Harry Karapalides, has become a member of the Raindance Community. Raindance Members make up a global community of filmmakers and film-lovers worldwide and  is for creative thinkers, creative entrepreneurs, and storytellers.

The Raindance Film Festival, is the largest independent film festival in the UK, currently rated top 10 international film festivals for filmmakers to consider, according to studio binder. It is based in the heart of London’s buzzing West End film district. Raindance Film Festival is officially recognized by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences USA, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, and the British Independent Film Awards. Winners of Best Animation Short/Best Documentary Short/Short of the Festival) categories will qualify for Oscar, and selected shorts also for BAFTA considerations.

Karapalides, is the President of the Award Winning Hollywood Production Company 69th Street Productions. He is one of the Executive Producers of the upcoming Mini-Series Recipes or Love starring Daniel Baldwin ad Nicholas Turturro among others.

Karapalides, is an active attorney practicing law in Pennsylvania for over thirty-five years, with offices in Upper Darby, Delaware County. He is a graduate of Widener University and Widener University School of Law and is a former solicitor of Millbourne Borough, Delaware County, and former Chairman of the Delaware County Personnel Grievance Committee. He is also a guest lecturer at local college classes, holds leadership positions in social and civic organizations, and is a panelist for the Delaware County Bar Association. Harry is a published author of historical novels and non-fiction work, magazine articles, and internet articles and blogs. His textbook on the American Revolution has been used in archaeological digs in Williamsburg, Virginia, and other revolutionary war locations.
