Previously a clinical psychologist for 25 years with a background in neuroscience research, she is now a peak performance expert, working to elevate women pioneers and coaching thought leaders. She also has specialized expertise in Rhythmic Wisdom, drumming and sound healing, as these energetic spiritual practices enhance brain optimization and hold divine feminine mysteries in antiquity.
She combines these specialist skills and her past experience with revolutionary approaches to education, to uplift female agents of change and help them discover their true potential. This work is not only wide-ranging but far-reaching, too, and her Women of Truth inner circle regularly hosts conferences in Cyprus and the Netherlands on topics that range from The New Femininity and Truth Marketing to Women’s Health.
Now, she is taking her message of empowerment to an even larger audience, with the release of three books scheduled for 2021 and 2022. While all three have at their heart a commitment to inspiring female entrepreneurs and potential future leaders, they are all aimed at specific demographics. The first, entitled “Paradigm Shifters: A Manual for Epic Leaders”, calls on those who are meant for more to wake up to their destiny. Weaving neuroscience and spirituality, Helen’s first book speaks of new disciplines which can help ambitious paradigm shifters claim their place at the top of their field.
Her second book, “The Biggest Lie Women Believe”, is all about female power and personal truth. Written for every woman who feels stuck in her life, this multi-author book brings together the stories of 17 female entrepreneurs who made their dreams a reality, and smashes misogynistic expectations of women. The third is aimed more specifically at female entrepreneurs, focusing on Truth Marketing as a way for thought leaders to build their brands and businesses, and scale up their initiatives.
Not her first time putting her ideas out there, over the years she has frequently presented and published content on the power of the human spirit and the emergence of new thoughts. Her impressive work has not gone unnoticed, and she is the proud recipient of the Exceptional Women of Excellence Award and the award for Best Speaker from Toastmasters.
