Riverside Custom Hardscapes Wins Belgard’s Mid-Atlantic Hardscape Hero Award

This year, Belgard named Bradshaw their September Hardscape Hero for his expert use and installation of their paver products at a house in Midlothian, VA.
Unofficially, Bradshaw started landscaping in his teenage years, providing lawn maintenance services to family and friends. Since then, he has expanded his knowledge and skills in landscaping, obtaining a Landscape Design Professional Certificate from the University of Richmond in 2012. In 2019, Bradshaw switched his company’s focus to hardscaping services, such as patios, firepits, and outdoor kitchens. Their ability to deliver amazing results and keep up with increasing customer demand for outdoor living spaces through 2020 helped the company continue to grow and thrive despite the pandemic.

Installers submit pictures and descriptions of projects they completed using Belgard products to be considered for the Belgard Hardscape Hero award. As a winner, Riverside Custom Hardscapes will receive Belgard Bucks, gas cards for their crew, a professional photo shoot, and be featured by Belgard in their blog and social media accounts. The company will also be in the running for the Hardscape Hero of the year award. Yearly winners will receive over $10,000 in gifts and prizes.
“I am thrilled with how our Midlothian project turned out,” said Bradshaw. “It looks sleek and elegant, which is exactly what the customer wanted. Many don’t realize the extent of the challenges we faced with this particular project. It was anything but straightforward between leveling out the slope in the yard and working around features such as the swimming pool. The result, though, was truly amazing, and it won us an award too.”
