Scottish Insolvencies Up By 4%, Says Trust Deed Scotland Company

The Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) released its second quarter figures for 2011, revealing bankruptcies have dropped while Debt Arrangement Scheme based on payment plans have rapidly increased.
